Women’s Golf Month
June is American Express Women’s Golf Month. In its fourth year, this program seeks to introduce (or reintroduce) golf to women in a women-friendly environment.
Activities include complimentary instruction at participating golf facilities for those 14 and older, networking receptions, golf rules and etiquette seminars, equipment demonstrations, and golf apparel fashion shows.
In the first three years, more than 68,000 women across the country have learned golf during Women’s Golf Month. To find a participating golf facility or event near you, visit the PlayGolfAmerica Web site.
