The B5Media network:

Two Aces Two Days Apart

Hitting one hole-in-one during a golf tournament is amazing. Hitting two on the same hole in subsequent days is unbelievable. That’s what happened to Brendon Todd this week on the 17th hole at the Athens (GA) Regional Foundation Classic.

The 23-year-old aced the 17th on Thursday and repeated the feat on Friday. Said Todd, “It’s just pure disbelief. It was a stroke of good luck, twice in a row. I guess it’s like catching lightning in a bottle.”

The last time a player hit two aces in the same tournament during a PGA-sanctioned event was in 2004 when Graham Marsh did it during the Senior British Open.
