Playing a good round of golf isn’t all physical. It also requires a steady emotional game. Dr. Morris Picken, a sports psychologist in Sea Island, Georgia gives some advice on managing your emotions on the golf course. Take a look:

    I completely agree with you, love golf the most, it is such a brilliant game that one needs to apply all known strategy to win….

  2. Totally agree. When I was younger, my temper would always get the best of me. One bad shot would ruin a round. Much more relaxed now and can blow off a bad shot.
